Before Life Coaching, I enjoyed a thriving career as an award-winning writer and author with 25 years of experience in journalism, advertising, and publishing.

From 2015 to 2025, I served as a respected national sports writer with a focus on women’s sports, particularly basketball. My work has appeared in numerous print and online publications with some of the most well-respected and popular magazines, news outlets, and sports media sites in the world.

Along the way, I authored three works of young adult fiction, a children’s activity book, and the critically acclaimed nonfiction sports book, Hail Mary: The Rise and Fall of the National Women’s Football League (Bold Type Books, 2021). I also curated and contributed essays to Play It Forward, a women’s sports anthology published by Togethxr (2025).
